Rockscaping

We start by visiting the site and going over some conceptual designs. At this time we will also include environmental measures to reduce sedimentation in our watercourses. From there we will provide you with an estimate and timeline within 5 working days. If required, we also apply for a WAWA permit on your behalf if you are within 30 m of a watercourse. This will include touring the site, taking pictures, producing a work plan and design sketch, then submitting the application with the supporting documentation to the NB Department of the Environment. After we rehabilitate an old lawn with our skid steer and harley rake, we can add a compost/ topsoil mix to your lawn then seed and fertilize with our 500 gallon hydro-seeder – Hydroseeding is economical and leads to quick and reliable growth.
If you are developing a new lawn or even just expanding your lawn then we will first clear/grub, site grade, then follow a similar workplan to above.
